This interactive 3.5 hour face–to-face workshop will introduce the procurement life cycle and some of the key activities within it.

You are encouraged to complete Demystifying Procurement online modules before attending this workshop.

By the end of the workshop you will be able to:

• Explain how successful procurement benefits the government, the taxpayer, suppliers, and yourself in your role.
• Understand the importance of the Principles of Government Procurement, and the Government Procurement Rules.
• Utilise the procurement wheel, and better understand the key steps within it & the activities that take place within procurement.
