Public procurement within the OECD 
Fleur D'souza and Tessa Cullen share their respective OECD secondment experiences in Paris. They give an overview of the different procurement projects they were involved with. The OECD is an inter-governmental organisation with 37 member countries. It doesn't have any governing power, but is seen as a leading organisation that provides good practice guidance and advice to both member and non- member states.
