Contract Management is part of MBIE’s Te Whānau Manaaki suite of learning for staff who procure or manage social services.
Te Whānau Manaaki explores cultural competency and procurement practices that support more effective social services partnering.
The Contract Management course has two introductory online modules:
- Hononga – Connecting to Others explores the role of the contract manager, developing relationships and the contract manager's toolkit.
- Ratonga – Service to Others examines the phases of service delivery management, effective meetings and monitoring and supporting during the service delivery.
The facilitated wānanga (workshop) element of this course is no longer being delivered.
Who is it for: Contract managers or people in similar roles working with social services providers.
